Our Impact

Cass County is a large area, but here at Faith in Action we do our best to serve as many people as possible and help keep them in their homes. Volunteers are the heart and hands of our organization and without them we would not be able to do what we do. 
We are a stand alone Nonprofit, which means we are not "sponsored" by any other organization. However we have many churches, civic and community organizations who regularly work and donate to us. 
We never bill, there are no charges for services; donations are accepted with gratitude.

2023 Service Statistics:
  •  106 Faith in Action volunteers helped 331 individuals throughout Cass County , including 152 new people to receive services.
  • Volunteers filled 2,500 requests for services
  • Volunteers gave over 6,600 hours of assistance
  • Volunteers drove over 106,725 miles to transport people
  • Volunteers provided 2009 rides

On Average in 2023:
  • Volunteers filled 210 requests monthly.
  • Each month, 50 volunteers provided services to 78 people, including 168 rides.
  • Each month, volunteers delivered an average of 400 nutritious meals to frail elderly people.
  • Average age of volunteers is 71.
  • Average age of people served is 75.
  • People served range in age age from 2 to 98.
  • 75% of people served are aged 60+ 
  • 62% are female and 38% are male.
  • 15% Native American, 80% Caucasian , 2% African American Other Ethnicities & 3% other ethnicities.
